Naga33 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guidelines for Malaysia

1 Definitions & Scope of Terms

In this Terms & Conditions document, references to "Naga33", "we", "platform", or "website" refers to the online betting and casino platform operating under the domain naga33.site, along with all services provided therein.

"Member", "you", or "user" refers to any individual who has registered an account on Naga33 or who accesses our platform in any capacity. "Services" encompasses all Sports Betting products, Live Casino, e-sports, slots, and any other features available on the Naga33 platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and Naga33. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Naga33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this document, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 Member Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the Naga33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where the use of online betting platforms is expressly prohibited by local law.
• Does not hold any active Naga33 account or any account previously terminated for breach of terms.
• Registering information that is accurate, complete, and belongs to you.
• Not act on behalf of any third party without prior written consent from Naga33.

Naga33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance purposes. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your Malaysian MyKad, bank statement, or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

During registration, you are required to provide a valid email address, an active Malaysian phone number, and a secure password. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity carried out by any party who gains access to your login credentials.

3 Account Security & Member Responsibilities

Each Naga33 member is fully responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials. This includes choosing a strong password (minimum 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols), not sharing login details with any other individual, and changing your password immediately if unauthorised access is suspected.

Naga33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from a member's failure to keep their account credentials secure. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact the Naga33 support team immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the Naga33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, FPX Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. Naga33 does not accept foreign payment methods or cryptocurrency.

Deposit conditions:

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 per transaction.
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the Naga33 account holder.
• Naga33 is not responsible for any deposit delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
• Any deposit not credited within 30 minutes must be reported to customer support with proof of payment.

Withdrawal terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet in the same member's name.
• Naga33 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 30 minutes for members who have completed the identity verification process.
• For members who have not completed KYC, processing may take up to 24 hours.

Naga33 reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal request suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

The Naga33 platform offers a wide range of betting products, including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, tennis, NBA, UFC, and over 30 other sports), Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger), e-sports (MLBB, Valorant, Dota 2), and slots. Each category has its own specific rules, which are available in the platform's help section.

General betting rules at Naga33:

• All confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified except through the Cash Out feature, where available for eligible bets.
• Naga33 reserves the right to void or reject any bets accepted as a result of technical errors, incorrect odds, or other exceptional circumstances as detailed in our Betting Policy.
• Match results used to settle bets are based on official outcomes declared by the relevant sports governing body.
• If a match is suspended or postponed without resuming within 48 hours, Naga33 reserves the right to void the related bets and return the staked amount to the member's account.
• Betting involving insider information or match manipulation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

Naga33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, free bet, reload bonus, and a VIP Rewards Program. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in each individual offer available on the Promotions page.

General Naga33 bonus terms:

• Each member is entitled to each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Naga33 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or abuse of promotional offers.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account or converted to cash without first meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• The Naga33 VIP Rewards Programme has its own activity requirements. Members who are inactive for more than 90 days may experience a VIP tier downgrade in accordance with the policy stated on the VIP Rewards page.

Naga33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Deliberate misuse of promotions — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

7 Permitted & Prohibited Member Conduct

Naga33 members are required to conduct themselves responsibly, fairly, and with respect toward all other users and platform staff. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots, or any tools designed to exploit the Naga33 system.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Making repeated deposit and withdrawal transactions without a legitimate gaming purpose (money laundering).
• Using another person's account or sharing your account with others.
• Spreading false or misleading information about Naga33 to others.
• Attempting to access Naga33 systems or data without authorisation through any technical means.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward support staff or other members across any Naga33 communication channel.

Naga33 employs a sophisticated monitoring system to detect suspicious activity. Any account suspected of violating these rules will be investigated and may be suspended pending the outcome. If a violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently terminated and all balances may be forfeited.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their Naga33 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Before closure is processed, any remaining balance in the account will be withdrawn to the registered payment method, subject to the withdrawal conditions set out in Section 4.

Naga33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Identity verification could not be completed within the specified timeframe.
• Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation.
• Instructions from a competent authority.
• There is evidence that the account is being used by an individual who is underage.

Naga33's decisions regarding account closure or suspension are final. Appeals may be submitted by email to support@naga33.site within 14 days of the closure notice being issued.

9 Naga33 Limitation of Liability

The Naga33 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Naga33 does not guarantee that the service will always be available free of interruptions, errors, or technical delays.

Naga33 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from service disruptions beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses resulting from betting or gaming outcomes — all bets carry inherent risk and results are based on actual odds.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the Naga33 platform.

In all circumstances, Naga33's maximum liability to any member is limited to the net deposit amount remaining in that member's account at the time the claim is made.

10 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Naga33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website, or on the date specified in the amendment notice, whichever is later.

For material and significant amendments, Naga33 will endeavour to provide members with reasonable notice via registered email, in-account notifications, or announcements on the website. However, it remains each member's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of the latest changes.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws applicable to the operation of the Naga33 platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the Naga33 platform, these Terms & Conditions, or any transaction made through the platform shall first be resolved through direct negotiation between the member and the Naga33 support team.

Naga33 is committed to resolving all valid complaints within a reasonable timeframe and in a fair manner. Submitted complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and are expected to be resolved within 7 business days, depending on the complexity of the case.

Naga33 is committed to transparency in all dealings with members. If you feel an issue has not been adequately resolved through standard support channels, you may escalate your complaint to senior management via the same email address, with the subject line "FORMAL COMPLAINT – SENIOR MANAGEMENT".
